The Hijab is what differentiates me from other people in other religion. It is the commandment of my Lord mandated on all believing women. Because I am one, I hijabize myself. I accept hijazabization as it brings honour and respect to me, from my gender and opposite gender. Using the Hijab is a form of modesty, pure and unique. Without it, I feel uncomfortable and empty. My Lord imposed it on me and it is part of me. It conceals me and myself and I love it.  I'm an Hijabite, let them say what they love about it, let them speak against it, there's freedom of speech. They deprived me of my right, just because I obey my Lord's command, frustrating me to remove it.   Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has joined Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr on a two-and-a-half-year contract, the Riyadh-based team has announced. Alhamdulillah, all praises and adorations belong to the Lord of the world, who ensures things are perfected. I started my examinations with YOR111 which happens to be my first exam as an OAU student. I wrote it on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 Wednesday at Ajose LT. My first encounter began when I didn't know my way to Ajose LT, but Alhamdulillah,I was directed by a Godsend.  The exam was scheduled to hold between 4pm and 7pm. As eager as I was to participate in the exam, I arrived the venue as early as possible. I have learnt in my high school that, a student is expected to be at examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. So I got there before 3:30 pm even when the exam was supposed to hold by 4pm. I believed I may come across those who I can share ideas with and I was right. The Standard Bearers Islamic Organization, SB National Headquarters has mourned the death of six of the mothers of their members on Ijebu Ode-Ore Expressway. The deceased were buried at the Muslim Burial Ground, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. According to the Federal Road Safety Corps Ogun Sector Command, the accident happened on Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 around 3pm along Ijebu-Ode Expressway some metres after Odogbolu. Seven persons died while others were injured in the accident involving a Mazda with registration number AGL886YD. In a statement on Thursday by the National Coordinator of SB, Nurudeen Toyin AbdulRaheen commiserated with the families of the deceased, Al-Muminaat  (The believing  women) and the generality of Muslims. The population of the delegates at the ongoing camping programme organized by the Standard Bearers Islamic Organization, SB, Osun State has reached 530.  This was revealed to our correspondent in a statement by the department of camp registry on Saturday morning.  It was learnt that Ile Ife had 154 delegates to lead other delegates in various towns.  Osogbo had 153, Ife - 154, Akure -21, Owena - 16, Ila Orangun - 7, Ilesha - 57, Insha/Okuku - 18, Iwo - 16, Ede - 31, Ikire - 3, Ikirun - 33, Ondo - 7, OAU - 10, Ife/Ijesha - 3, Ibadan - 1.

An early morning fire has razed Ansarul Jumah Mosque at Arowojobe area in Ilesa, Osun State.  It was learnt that the fire incident which occured on Friday morning was prevented from burning down the mosque completely by the men of Fire Service. Emergency fund raising  for repair has begun immediately as the mosque is billed to be prepared for today's Solaatul Jumah.

The Arab world and the UNESCO are celebrating the International Day of Arabic Language, also known as language of holy Quran. The day aims to highlight the numerous contributions of Arabic to humanity’s cultural and linguistic diversity, as well as to knowledge production. Leading the sessions, Mallam Yusuf Adepoju, the Chief Lecturer of ACADIP, dug deeply into the Qur’an and the Bible, giving an insightful comparative analysis of salvation in Islam and Christianity. The reverts gave their testimonies on the stage, giving accounts of their journeys from darkness to the light (Islam).
