A renowned Islamic media based in Osun state, D Path To Jannah Media Hub has organized Qur'an competition for all Muslim students across Tertiary institutions in Southwest. 






The head of Islamic affairs of the media hub, Ustaz Mutohir AbdulHammeed disclosed this in an interview with our correspondent on Thursday.


According to him, "This is to inform all Muslim students across all tertiary institutions in Southwest that D Path To Jannah Media Hub has organized Qur'an competition for them in this Ramadan period.


"The competition will be opened for application and entry from the 15th April, 2021 and ends on 22nd April, 2021. The competition will be divided into three stages which are Suratul - Maryam, Suratul Lukman and Suratul Qàf.  Hence, Interested students will choose one among the Surahs and ensure they memorises all.


"Muslim students that wish to apply  should message this number (08076182449) on Whatapp on or before April 22 for their registration.

"Therefore, the competition will  start immediately after the deadline date for registration in which applicants will be asked questions on any portion of the Surah they choose.  They are expected to answer the questions via a video record and ensure they close their eyes. 


"Submissions for the competition will start on April 23rd, 2021 and ends on April 26th, 2021.



"Judges will decide winners from each of the category and a winner will be picked from each category and each winner will get a cash reward of N3,000. In total, winners will go home with N9,000."

  The Salu of Edunabon, His Royal Majesty Kehinde Oladepo Adesoji, Akinrinsa 11, has reaffirmed that his throne doesn't affected with Kingship case transfer from Court of Appeal, Akure, to Osun. HRH Adesoji stated this in a phone conversation with Pressmen on Thursday.
